Warranty Policy – Clutch Kits

Clutch kits sold by our company are covered by warranty in accordance with applicable laws. However, due to their nature as consumable components, specific conditions apply.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only (materials or workmanship) under normal operating conditions.
The following situations are not covered by warranty:
-normal wear and tear;
-improper use or aggressive driving (e.g. launch control, drifting, track use, etc.);
-incorrect or improper installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications;
-failures caused by related or supporting components (e.g. flywheel, hydraulic system, release bearing, etc.);
-overheating or burning of the friction material.
If the product has been installed and used, any warranty claim is subject to a technical inspection to confirm a manufacturing defect. The product must be returned for evaluation, and the final decision rests with the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
For performance / motorsport clutch kits, the warranty may be limited or applicable only prior to installation (DOA – dead on arrival), depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Use under high-stress conditions will generally void any warranty coverage.
By purchasing and using the product, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
