Return & Refund Policy
We strive to supply high-quality performance components. Due to the specialized nature of these products, the following return and refund conditions apply:
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
-the product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition;
-the product is returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged;
-the return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or show signs of wear are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
-installed or used clutch kits or components;
-products with signs of wear, heat, or contamination;
-special orders or custom-built products;
-items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at ambreiajcustom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization (unauthorized returns may be refused).
Ship the product back in secure packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to:
refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above;
apply a restocking fee if the product or packaging is not in perfect condition.
Refunds
If the return is approved:
refunds will be issued to the original payment method;
shipping costs are non-refundable;
processing time may take up to 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or additional information before approving a replacement or refund.
Important Notice for Performance Products
Clutch kits and other performance components are considered consumable and high-stress parts. Improper installation or use may lead to damage and will void eligibility for return or refund.
